We have lots of activities/events coming up over the next several months and thru out the year. Some of these events include our Annual Ladies' Day on May 1st, the "Honoring God Seminar" with Evertt Huffard, May 21-23 and in October we will be hosting a Gospel Meeting with Guy Orbison, Jr.

The church online library is up and running. Just go to the Members section and take a look at it. There are hundreds and hundreds of books available for checkout and you can browse the titles and the topics online to see if you might be interested in one or more of them.

I am told that there are a couple of ways to check out a book. Either look online and find the book you want and send an email requesting the book be put in your mailbox before the next regularly scheduled service or go to the library and browse through the books, remove the checkout card from the back of the book, fill it out and put it in the checkout box on the desk. In either case, after 30 days, a reminder will be sent to you and you can either elect to keep the book checked out for another month or turn it back in. We all owe Ms. Jeannie McConnell a great debt of gratitude for the hundreds of hours she, unselfishly, donated to type all the book titles and data into the database. This was a monumental task and, as she did when she started the baby bank, it was something she wanted to accomplish and with all the perseverance of the proverbial tortoise, it is now a reality.
